Installing a ceiling fan without a light kit can be done but it’s not as easy as it sounds. A ceiling fan with lights can be installed but you’ll need to have someone else come into the house with the proper installation tools and lighting for it. I’m assuming you have lights already at your home, so this may not be necessary. If you don’t have lights already installed in your ceiling fan then you may have to purchase ceiling fans with lights or they may be somewhat difficult to install. Having to install ceiling fans with lights can make them seem like an unnecessary addition to your home.
The ceiling fan no light flush mount is designed to attach to your ceiling fan light kit using screws. The fan will also need to have a light attached to the assembly to complete the installation. This fan requires that the ceiling fan light already exist before installing the fan no light kit. If you don’t already have a ceiling fan light then this might be a great idea for you. The fan with lights works very well because the light adds detail to the fan. It creates a nice mood within the room and also adds style.
To install the ceiling fan with lights all you need is a screwdriver, ladder, drill, tape measure and a pencil. You’ll also need to have a level handy. There are different methods to install a ceiling fan so be sure and follow the instructions carefully. Be careful when working with wires because you don’t want any of them shorted out. This can really put off a job and turn the entire project into a disaster.
